Emily Brotherton (married name Milazzo) has a business degree in non-profit management from Ramapo College in NJ, and 15 years of experience in an advisory board capacity of her great uncle Fred J. Brotherton's charitable foundation. After dissolving and amicably splitting the original foundation in 2024, she has overseen the reorganization and current direction of the newly formed Brotherton Foundation. Emily is passionate about supporting non-profit organizations that are bringing hope and assistance through educational and faith-based initiatives.

Emily loves being Tim's wife and raising their 4 children. She enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, entertaining, piano playing, and coaching volleyball.
