Wayne is a retired financial advisor. He served as as the family's first charitable giving successor co-trustee for over 20 years after his uncle's passing in 2002. Prior to financial advising, Wayne was a professional musician and marching band director. He resides in Florida with his wife, Theresa, and nearby to his four grandchildren.
